A Grundomat (pneumatic thruster)came into contact with a 3 phase 415 volt (low voltage)underground consumer electrical cableon an nbn Co HFC Project work site in NSW. At the time of the incident, the subcontractor work crew were installing a new pipe and cable link up,using the Grundomat to create the access route under the ground.
